If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached, within 30 days of purchase for merchandise credit.
- Please contact 866-278-3739 EXT. 222 or .286 for a Return Authorization number. Orders returned without a RA# will be refused and will be returned back to you.
- Please include the original receipt and packing slip and write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Due to health and safety concerns, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned.
- Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number.
- Any Sale or Clearance items are final sale and not returnable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and are the sender's responsibility.

Defects must be identified within 14 days of receipt and manufacturer's warranty is usually voided if care instructions were not properly followed.

- When you receive merchandise, we ask that you not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase as scents or marks can be left, which will make the item non-returnable.
- Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS OR PACKAGING until you are sure you want to keep your purchase.
- Any item that does appear worn or smells of smoke can not be returned, and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
- If we receive returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy terms, we will not issue a refund or replacement. Such returns will not be returned to you.
