community on COVID-19

We wanted to connect and say a few words about what's on everyone's mind these days: COVID-19
 
First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are feeling well. It goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees and community are of utmost importance. 
 
As we continue to monitor the developments of the virus, we'd like to share with you the steps we are taking as a brand and trusted community partner to help mitigate the impact of this difficult situation.
 
All our employees are complying with governmental directives with regards to hygiene, operations and travel. Effective Friday, March 13, employees who have traveled recently have been asked to stay home for 14 days; all professional travel has been cancelled; and any participation in trade shows or major gatherings is suspended until further notice. 
 
We have equipped our team with the tools necessary to successfully telework, so that our staff can, wherever possible, seamlessly work from home for a minimum of two weeks. Virtual collaboration and communication will ensure you receive the same excellent customer service you know and trust. 
 
At this time, we are processing online orders as usual. If anything changes in our delivery schedule, we will let you know right away.
