Fleur't Rewards Terms & Conditions

The Fleur’t Rewards program is sponsored by Fleur’t Intimates Inc. By enrolling in the Reward Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by (1) these Program Terms and Conditions, (2) the Fleur’t Intimates Privacy Policy, and (3) the Terms of Use governing your use of fleurtintimates.com.  The Reward Program is void where prohibited by law.

How the Reward Program Works

You shop, you earn rewards!  When you create an account on fleurtintimates.com, you are automatically enrolled in our no-cost Fleur’t Rewards program.  Thereafter, you will earn one (1) Fluer’t Reward Point for each dollar you spend on fleurtintimates.com (excluding discounts, shipping charges, tax, and purchases made with an E-Gift Card).  You will not earn Fleur’t Rewards Points on any purchase made prior to your enrollment in the Reward Program.  All Fleur’t Reward Points will be reflected in your account within 30 business days of your purchase leaving our warehouse, and will become eligible for redemption approximately 30 business days after the applicable ship date.  You may view your Fleur’t Rewards Points balance at any time by logging in to your account on fleurtintimates.com. Any returns or exchanges made to your account will result in deduction of applicable Fleur’t Rewards Points, based on initial purchase.

You decide when to use your rewards.  Fleur’t Rewards Points do not expire and there is no cap on the number of Fleur’t reward Points you may earn.  As long as you have at least 250 Fleur’t Rewards Points available and are making a purchase on fleurtintimates.com of $25 or more (exclusive of tax and shipping and before giving effect to the application of Fleur’t Rewards Points, E-Gift Cards and promotional coupon codes to your order). You may redeem your by selecting “Use My Fleur’t Rewards Points” as a payment method at checkout.  If you have fewer than 250 Fleur’t Rewards Points available at the time of purchase, you will not be able to redeem your points.  If you have 250 or more Fleur’t Rewards Points at the time of purchase, but chose not to redeem your points at that time, your Fleur’t Rewards Points will remain available for later redemption.

You decide how to use your rewards.  You may redeem your Fleur’t Rewards Points in connection with any purchase of $25 or more on fleurtintimates.com, including purchases of E-Gift Cards. 

Fleur’t Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash.  If the redemption value of Fleur’t Rewards Points applied to your order exceeds the order subtotal, such excess value is forfeited.

Program Membership

Membership to the Fleur’t Rewards program (“Membership”) is limited to individuals and to one account per individual.  A valid account at fleurtintimates.com, including a valid email address, is required to register for and maintain Membership in the program. No purchase is necessary to become a Reward Program member.

You must be age 18 years or older to be eligible for Membership. By enrolling in the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older. International residents are eligible for Membership.

Email and Privacy

We value your privacy. All personal information collected from you when you create an account at or place orders on fleurtintimates.com will be used and disclosed by Fluer’t Intimates solely to operate fleurtintimates.com, including administration of the Rewards Program, for internal marketing analysis, and as otherwise permitted by the Fleur’t Intimates Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you agree to the Fleur’t Intimates Privacy Policy, which is located at http://www.fleurtintimates.com/pages/privacy-policy and is hereby incorporated by reference in these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you agree to receive transactional emails from us, including emails notifying you of changes to these Reward Program Terms and Conditions. Reward Program members may not unsubscribe from transactional emails of the Reward Program.

If you wish to receive email notification of changes in your Fleur’t Rewards Points balance, you must affirmatively elect to do so by logging in to your account on fleurtintimates.com and checking the appropriate box under Email Notification Settings in the Fleur’t Rewards Program section of My Account. We will not notify you by email of changes in your Fleur’t Rewards Points balance unless you make such an election. However, you may view your Fleur’t Rewards Points balance at any time by logging in to your account on fleurtintimates.com

Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program

Fleur’t Intimates may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Reward Program or change these Reward Program Terms and Conditions, in each case without prior notice to you to the extent such notice is not required by law.  If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.  It is your responsibility to review these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions from time to time to stay informed of any changes.

Fleur’t Intimates reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Rewards Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Rewards Program, failure to follow any of these Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation or other conduct by a Rewards Program member that is detrimental to Fleur’t Intimates may subject such member to revocation of their Membership and affect eligibility for further participation in the Rewards Program.

Incorporation of Site Terms of Use

By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you agree to the Terms of Use, which are set forth at http://www.fleurtintimates.com/pages/fleurt-rewards-program-terms-conditions and are hereby incorporated by reference in these Program Terms and Conditions.
